Rodrigo Pandolfo is an actor and director, with Technical Training in Performing Arts from CAL (Casa de Artes de Laranjeiras) and a Bachelor's degree in Dramatic Arts from UniverCidade, in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

In theater, his notable works include: "R&J" (Dir. João Fonseca), for which he was nominated for the APTR Award and won the Ítalo Rossi Award for Best Actor; "O Despertar da Primavera – O Musical" (Dir. Charles Moeller and Cláudio Botelho), for which he was nominated for the Shell Awards and Arte Qualidade Brasil for Best Actor and won the APTR Award for Best Supporting Actor; "Cine-Teatro Limite" (Dir. Pedro Brício and Sergio Módena), for which he was nominated for the Shell Awards and APTR for Best Actor. As a director, he directed the play "A Moça da Cidade" (2014).

In television, he appeared in the series "A Vida pela Frente" (2023, Globoplay), "Vítimas Digitais" (2019, GNT), "Samantha" (2018, Netflix), "Rua Augusta" (2017, TNT), "Prata da Casa" (2016, Fox), "A Menina sem Qualidades" (2013, MTV), "Junto e Misturado" (2013, Globo).

He was part of the cast of Globo's soap operas "Geração Brasil" (2014) and "Cheias de Charme" (2012), as well as the series "Verdades Secretas" (2021).
