Nathalia Dill began her artistic career performing on stage in plays such as "As Glórias de Nelson" (2005, Dir. Daniel Hertz) and "Jogos na Hora da Sesta" (2005, Dir. Michael Bercovitch). She also appeared in the productions "Fulaninha e Dona Coisa" (2017, Dir. Daniel Hertz), "Boca de Cowboy" (2008, Dir. Michel Bercovitch), and "Aventuras de Tom Sawyer" (2006, Dir. Michel Bercovitch).

On TV, her first prominent role on TV Globo came in "Malhação" (2007), and in 2009, the actress played her first leading role in soap operas in the plot "Paraíso." She also starred in Globo's soap operas "Família É Tudo" (2024), "A Dona do Pedaço" (2019), "Orgulho e Paixão" (2018), "Rock Story" (2016), "Liberdade Liberdade" (2016), among many others.

She appeared in the series "Aline" (Globo, 2010) and "Mandrake" (HBO, 2007), a production nominated for the International Emmy Award for Best Drama Series in 2006 and 2008.

In cinema, she debuted with a role in the film "Tropa de Elite" (2007) and followed up with roles in the feature films "Feliz Natal" (2007, Dir. Selton Mello) and "Apenas o Fim" (2008, Dir. Mateus Sousa). She also stood out for her performances in the films "Um Casal Inseparável" (2021, Dir. Sergio Goldenberg), "Incompatível" (2020, Dir. Johnny Araújo), "Talvez uma História de Amor" (2018, Dir. Rodrigo Bernardo), "Por Trás do Céu" (2017, Dir. Caio Soh), and "Paraísos Artificiais" (2012, Dir. Marcos Prado).
